Mr. Singh has been working in the academic field for the last 20 years and besides being the founder of many institutions, he is also an associate and consultant. Mr. Singh obtained the degree of Shikhak Bachelor's degree from Kanpur after taking Pernstock degree from Agra University. Instead of going into government service, Mr. Singh planted himself in the service of Kshetra Baldev from educational point of view, Mr. Singh started it with the establishment of Inter College and many Inter Colleges are presently operational in Khetra. In whose context Mr. Singh has established a college in the name of Rabis College Madora in Madora, in the context of his educational and social efforts, far away in the urban area. , B.Sc. Business courses apart from B.Sc. , B. Ed, and Industrial Training course is also conducted. It is Mr. Singh's effort that in the coming years, other professional courses will be conducted in the Mahavidyalaya along with an undergraduate degree. I have been a witness since the inception of Harendra Sikarwar College and am currently a member of the College Steering Committee, I have been very inquisitive in nature from the beginning and I have always had a desire to innovate.
